Anxiety and stress


 

Task Description: Today we watched a video, and answered some questions. We also got given some words and had to figure out the definition of it, and use it in a sentence. We wrote about Anxiety and stress, then made a poster about it.

    Well done on working through your slides and learning about anxiety and stress via Attitude Talks. I enjoyed your poster and reading about what you do that relaxes you. Reading, walking and listening to music are all good and healthy ways to relieve anxiety and stress. Can you think of a few more? It was great to see you dressed up and representing room 3 in the team 5 meet this morning. I am looking forward to seeing some dance moves.     Your poster is really effective - the layout you have chosen uses colourful, simple graphic images and easy to ready text that sets out three simple ways to reduce your stress/anxiety levels - fantastic!
