Ways to build your Taha-Wairua

 Ways to build your Taha-Wairua.

To build your Taha Wairua (spiritual well being) you can pray every morning. Give thanks to god for waking you up, Maybe ask god to bless your day, keep your family safe, and that no one gets hurt.

Singing spiritual songs with your siblings, can help lighten up the mood, makes you feel better and sometimes can inspire you to do good things later in that day. spiritual songs can also be another way of prayer.

Complementing your siblings or people when they feel down. Sometimes you can sense when people are sad or feeling a bit down, and sometimes you can see it by their actions. Either way, complementing them or making them feel better by cheering them up is another way.

These are several ways to build your Taha Wairua (spiritual well being)

Hippopotamus should be able to eat Rotten tomatoes in Hawaii

Statement:

Hippopotamus should be able to eat Rotten tomatoes in Hawaii

In Hawaii there has been a ban on hippopotamus eating rotten tomatoes as locals say it kills them. But! Recent studies show that about 98% of hippopotamus that eat rotten tomatoes get stronger and healthier.

Scientists proved that the 2% of those hippopotamus that aren't getting stronger or healthier, are only getting the common flu that causes no damage at all. Studies also show that rotten tomatoes hold a lot of key nutrients that hippopotamus need to survive such as Vitamin E and Vitamin C.
Facts:
1. Rotten tomatoes hold a lot of key nutrients hippopotamus need to survive
2. 98% of hippopotamus get stronger and healthier off Rotten tomatoes
3. 50% of the time rotten tomatoes help clear hippopotamus digestive system, and often helps fight of small viruses found in the stomach

I think this ban on hippopotamus eating rotten tomatoes should be changed because the rotten tomatoes that apparently “kill” hippopotamus actually helps them grow bigger and stronger, keeps them healthier, and helps their insides.

Dilworth Rugby game

Dilworth Rugby Game:

On Wensday we had a rugby game at Dilworth. We jumped on the bus and drove off, We were talking, and singing songs.

When we got to dilworth, we put on our boots and warmed up. We did high knees, side shuffle, but kicks and sprints. After that we had a team talk, our goal was to move up as a line, and just keeping our defence good.

My highlight from the game was making about 4-5 good tackles, one after another. One of the things that was funny, was the scrums. Because we were talking to the other team, and we were laughing, Also we has like 20 scrums in that game.

Even though we lost, that was our best game yet. I am proud of the boys, for trying their best, and never givng up. Also thanks to our coaches for trainging us and getting us ready.
