Taha Tinana Challenge 1


Hey my name's Kahurangi. Today your challenge is to do 10 press ups. I encourage you to do this challenge to build your Taha Tinana strength/power.  If you do this challenge post it on your blog with a video.

    It is so important to keep exercising and like Mr Burt said at assembly ‘get fit.’ Good on you for the challenge. I will do my best to get ten press ups myself but it might take some practice before I am ready to post on my blog. Do you have any tips?
