These are the 10 things my family, friends and myself do to stay physically well.
I keep myself well by 1 drinking water every day 2. Eating the right foods 3. Running around to get fit and to have fun 4. Go for walks with my family through walking tracks 5.have fun with my sisters 6. Doing the right things 7.eat lollies and drinking fizzy all the time 8. Make sure im not on the wrong site during class times 9. Go the pools to cool down and pop some manus and 10 I always try to do my best in my sports teams.
