Te taha tinana

Walt: identify ways to improve our physical well being.

      Do/Movement
My first goal is to  join  more sport groups. Also i want do more running activates.

      Eat/Drink
One of my goals for physical well being is to improve my eating just like getting better at deciding weather i want healthy food.

         Hygene
Last i want to get better at brushing my teeth more often
and have showers 2 times a day not once.




Task Description: Today we did a task that included marker and paper. first we got into a group four then we sat down. Next we drew a ginger bread men then wrote inside of him things we do to stay physically well.
