Keyhole Narrative

One night a father and son were having dinner when they heard strange knocks and noises around the doorstep. The father went to have a look at who was there the dad was scared so he had a little hole in his door it was called a peephole he had a look through the hole and seen nothing he looked a little bit more than he seen something in the distance. He said “son run through the backdoor and get in the car now” the father ran with him. The father was weak but he looks strong because he is stocky and tall the son is tall as well but he is strong there is a little bit of a difference between them the father's name is bill and the sons name is timethy after they got in there car they saw the monster like thing lurking in the distance they were scared so bill started the car slowly the monster like thing heard the car then he started to charge at them they drove of in a hurry the didn't know what to do `. It had gotten morning by the time they reached the south island timethy was asleep but bill was not tired he was still thinking about the monster like thing he was thinking also about calling the police. When he did call the police the checked there rader and they were like this is a an identified object it was like nothing they have seen even they were scared cause it was super big and it had hud thighs and arms they were so scared that they had to call the army the responded in away that no one thought they would responded in they said “we will take the monster on no problemo. The police and bill thought they were going to be scared but they were wrong bill was really happy that he had the airforce with him and a day later the police said that they had his back to. When timothy woke up from his deep sleep he had forgotten about the monster in there house bill said morning son how was your sleep did you dream about something timothy said no but what are we doing in the cr in the middle of the forest well it looks like the forest i dont no but what we doing in the car you tell me remember there was the monster lurking in the distance timothy said oh yeah is he gone cause i want to go home now can please yes yes son we are going because the police and air force is following as timothy said yeaha unless we know we are safe bill said you don't know that right know there could be several there but we only seen one that's why i asks for backup ok so we will stop at a shop and see if we can get a feed ok just be patient timothy said ok but hurry my stomach is rumbling after a while they found out that the next mcdonalds or fish in chip shop was not to 2 hour away timothy remembered that he keeps a stash of burgers in a secret hot grill area he was stoked that he had remembered one good thing ……????? I created an animation about cave art as part of our school wide theme called ‘Te Wa Toi ‘or Art Time. I created this because we were learning about writing narratives and we had to think about what life might have been like if we had lived as cavemen thousands of years ago. I found that this took a long time to create because there was lots of detail to add into moving the characters across my screen. Once I was finished I added this onto my blog to share with the world.

That Really Stinks

Sam sister wouldn't believe What took her smartphone so her brother tried to prove what the weather Sam went into the toilet and her sister had this amazing app that made fart noises so he started making fart noises and Anna tentacle monster came up and take the phone when the monster tried to take the phone sound said she will kill me if someone takes this and he doesn't realise that the monster could go home soon so when the monster trying to take the phone he another one of those tentacles and he chuckled Sam and Sam let go of the phone and the monster got the phone and went down the toilet and ran into the to the suwer flush the and tried to follow the Tentacle monster when he got Down To The Sewers he realised that the sewer crocodiles where like their taxi so he called one of the crocodiles and he said to the crocodile after that monster then when they follow to the monster they came to a stop and the monster went into the Secret Lair when the one monster got in there layer some other monster. and I Then the tentacle monster seen the red button and decided to push it when he pushed the button and the fart noiz was like peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Then the monsters started to crack up but sam he was really trieing to hold his laugh in because whenever he hears that phone do that fart noiz he laughs because he thinks it is hilarious.Next sam couldn't hold his laugh so he started to yep you know laugh and the monster heard him laugh so they looked over the rock and there sam was the monsters yelled at sam then sam said dont hurt me but the monster said do something funny because I feel like laughing then sam said i will make you a deal give me the phone first then i will make you laugh but only for the phone.Then the monster gave sam the phone so sam betented to do the trick then he went out of the layer and told the monsters to stay were they were and he ran out of the layer and jumped on to the crocodile and went away.Then the monsters tried to catch him but the crocodile was to fast sam couldn't get through the toilet whole so he looked for one of those manhole things to try and get up he tried to find the one that's by his house and he found it but know that he found it he doesn't know how to get back up so he told the crocodile to flick him up so the crocodile did and he landed right onc his front door step, THE END

Yesterday I went to a waterpark with my cousins, Nan and Aunty. The water park was named Podispark. This was the beginning of the best day of my life.


After we pulled up to the water park with my aunty, Nan and cousins, we started to get out of the car. Next my cousin jumped over the seat from the back and slipped down the seat and out the door. He fell onto the concrete face first. It was sad because he started to bleed from his head. The blood was only dripping but it still looked bad. Then an Indian man walked past and offered some water to put on my little cousins head to stop the bleeding from sticking to his head. After we stopped the bleeding, we still went to the water park and played. When we got through the gate we found a spot to sit on the grass in the sun so we could put our stuff down. Then me and my cousin went to this really amazing twotwo story park and there was a huge slide. There was a twisty kind of jungle gym thing it was really cool. After we finished playing on the park we went to the water and we went under this tipping bucket and waited for it to fill up and tip on us. We only waited for five minutes then we got the water tipped on us. It was the coldest thing I have touched. It felt like Antarctica. I was surprised there were no penguins. Just joking, but I really was surprised there wasn't any though. Then we spotted this spinning thing that was made out of metal so we wet ourselves with water and jumped on the spinning thing. I'm not too sure what it was called. Next I went with my nan to get some KFC. We got to KFC and my cousin was behind us. We didn't know she was behind us so my cousin and I went to the upstairsi dining room and it was alright. It was a little bit dirty but that was all good. Then my nan got the food and we went back to the water park. The good thing was KFC was only across the road from the water park. That was good because I was cold but luckily I took a towel with me so I didn’t get cold. My cousin was the other one that hadn't got wet yet so she was all right. Then when we got back to the water park we sat down and started to have a mean as feed. It was delicious! I loved the crispy crunchy skin and the lovely smooth chicken. It had a lot of texture. Then we went for another play in the water. Then in like three minutes i got a little bit tired so I told my nane. She said we're going home soon so just hang in there so I said ok nane see you soon.Then i went to play with my two cousins and we went under this bucket filled with water then we went home.

Last year, one friday, my dad, my uncle, my two cousins and I went to Rainbow’s End for one of my cousin’s birthday. That was the beginning of one of the scariest days of my life.


At first we went into to the bouncy castle kids area. After like 23 minutes later we went outside to were all the big rides are. It looked amazing the first ride i went on were the bumper cars. The people i went for were three random teenage girls because i just felt like it. Then after like 22 rounds of bumper cars i was of to another big ride.

I looked up and saw a red hot fiery spinner that would slice things up but when I jumped into the seat I felt a little scared. When the Stratosphere started to fire up I was getting ready. Then, we started to swing left and right, left and right as we spun in a circle, which made the ride very exciting. When it had finally stopped, people kept cheering, “one more time! One more time!” So I cheered too. Next when they stopped the person started to spin the STRATOSFEAR again and i got really scared i almost passed out like those people on those videos. Suddenly the ride stopped because they saw they expressions on my face and when they stopped it they said to me it's alright boy jump of and rest in the shayd,.So then my dad and my cousins and uncle. Went in to this motion movie? kind of thing. Then after the scariest day of my I went to a relaxing time doing no work and that's the thing I Loved the most and i am not kidding i don't like work well not that much but after that I laughed because I shamed myself but at the end of the day i felt really happy but really scared at the same time. One  morning a man named Steve went for a nice little walk in the park until  he stumbled across a little box. He thought to himself hmmm what could this be maybe money maybe toys he did not know what was in the box so he decided to take the box back to his house.  He opened it up and he found thousands of pennies he decided to check on his computer to see if they were worth anything he checked the first one it was a ancient egypt 19012 coin. Steve was a good guy so if he got lots of money he would give some to the homeless so they can get a blanket and food. Anyways after he pushed enter he couldn't believe his eyes it was worth 2.52 dollars. He thought it was a lot of money because the coin was so old. He moved on to the next coin and it \as the same coin just it was made in 1807 he pushed enter and then he felt better like he wanted to dance around the room  because it was 300 and 87 dollars he said hoooooo yeah buddy. Then he wanted to stop and cash the money but he knew there was more coins. After a while staring at the coin he looked out the window and he saw no lite because it was dark. Steve was not tired so he played on his ps4 he was playing FORTNITE he dozed of well he was playing. Then he woke up at 8.55 not realising that he was late for work he works at a job named microsoft   his job makes phones computers and all that other technology stuff .when he got to work his bose said YOU ARE FIRED BECAUSE U WERE LATE in a angry voice so steve went home not so happy but he was kind of happy because he knew he still had the coins that could be worth maybe a lot or not alot of money but he always has high hops so he went home and checked out some more coins. The Next coin is a really old African 1872 coin it was worth 2000  dollars. He was amazed because he was thinking that it was a dud coin but he thought wrong. Steve is a kind of pour boy so he is loving these coins he is also a young loving boy that looks after his mum he is kind like really really kind.Anyways let's get back to the story after he was was really going to go to the story……???? The four dimensions are taha tinana physical well being or health taha Hinengaro mental & Emotional well being or self confidence taha whanau social well being or self esteem and taha wairua spiritual well being or personal beliefs.

Topic Sentence 1: Taha Tinana - Physical well-being and health At school I have joined the rugby and rugby league team to help with my physical well-being.  We play games against other schools and in tournaments and we train once a week. After school my baby sister and I run around and chase each other.

Topic Sentence 2: Taha Hinengaro - Mental/Emotional well-being and health Whenever I try to sort out my cards my baby sister always comes over and throws them around.  Then I say aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! in a loud angry voice but then I say sorry then go somewhere else

On Monday the first day off school we had a immersion assembly. As we walked in there was music playing.When we sat down we waited for everyone to get into the hall.
